Details: Joseph Wellington, CFE, is preparing to give an educational presentation about management fraud at the annual ACFE conference, which will be held in Las Vegas. The public is becoming more aware that fraud is a serious problem. Recent financial scandals involving accounting schemes and the ponzi investment schemes have highlighted examples of significant frauds.

His goal is to make sure all levels of management understand the effects of fraud on themselves and the corporations they represent. It is a large presentation, and he needs help from his training team. You and your group members are the team and must prepare the necessary materials and presentation with the overall goal in mind that this presentation must provide an accurate and strong message that management fraud is destructive toward good business and will not be tolerated by their corporations.

Individual Assignment

Each team member must provide to the other team members a copy of the following deliverables. Also, you must provide a copy to the instructor for accountability that all members are participating in the group project.

A 1-page outline that lays out the components of the presentation and the justification behind each component and how it fits into the overarching message.
A 1-page bullet point draft transcript of what Mr. Wellington must say, should say and what is optional to say pertaining management fraud to managers and corporate executives.

A 1-page draft of recommendations that you feel strongly must be included in the educational presentation so it can be as accurate and defining on the consequences of management fraud.

Group Assignment

As a group, you must discuss and decide the best ideas, concepts, and recommendations that you will include in a PowerPoint presentation that will be used by Mr. Wellington to present on management fraud. It is recommended to use the Discussion Board to discuss it with the entire group and make decisions.

Even though this is a compilation of the deliverables that you have created in the individual portion, it is a separate deliverable that must be composed and built as a new deliverable because you are not using all materials but sifting and using the best subject matter to make the best presentation for Mr. Wellington.

This is a 10–12 slide presentation in PowerPoint. You must include notes on the points that must be touched on in each slide, especially what needs to be emphasized on the specific slide. You must give PowerPoint presentation and notes to the instructor. All members’ names who participated in creating your group project must be on the presentation. Also, if there are any cited sources used, they must be in APA style.
